Since 1979 I have been developing dance/fitness/nutrition programs for men and women of all ages and abilities who are interested in optimizing their health and well being.
My extensive experience and passion for dance and people has enabled me to develop creative, personal programs that are unique for each individual.
My custom programs combine the art of dance with the science of exercise, the fun of rhythm and music with the power of mind/body techniques, inclusive in my original program called the Body Knowledge System ™.
People come to me because they just want to lose weight and change the shape of their body.
But when I talk to them further, what emerges is that they want to change how they FEEL about their body, the way they RELATE to their body, and they want their body to be more a source of pleasure rather than a burden.
So what I do is teach/coach you how to make your body your best friend, so that you can think more clearly, be more creative, and have a sense of power and peacefulness that moves you forward with more ease and grace in any area of your life.
